St. Andrews is easily accessible by car, bus, air or rail. There are three international airports in New Brunswick: Saint John (1.5 hour drive from downtown St. Andrews); Fredericton (1.75 hours) or Moncton (2.5 hours). Alternatively, the Bangor, Maine airport is also 2.5 hours distant. Rail service is available to Moncton, where bus service is available for the remainder of the trip. Bus service is available directly into the heart of St. Andrews through Acadian Bus Lines.

There are three international airports in New Brunswick, and one across the border in Bangor, Maine. There is also an airfield capable of handling small jets (15 passengers or fewer) in St. Stephen, NB, just 30 minutes from St. Andrews.

US travel information: Travellers to and from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda are required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States by air travel.  Travellers via all land and sea border crossings are not required to have passports but rather proof of citizenship and a valid government issued photo identification.  Passports will be required by June, 2009.
